Philip Browne, owner and operator of Chick Fil A – Waxahachie, got his start in the business in 1997 as a team leader for the company in Dunwoody, Georgia. At the time, this Dunwoody unit was ranked 5th out of 1,000 stores in sales volume and customer satisfaction. In 2004, Philip opened Chick Fil A in Waxahachie, where he has carried on that same standard of immeasurable customer service.
