Dennis and Kari Deweerd are no strangers to the food service industry. Dennis has catered for family and friends for years. He had the opportunity to fulfill his dream when the Silken Crossing location became available.
Not only does Ellis County BBQ serve BBQ, hamburgers and brew, but they also offer catering and a full service bar. The bar is equipped with enough flat screen T.V.’s to feature at least one program of interest for the customer. Weekends are quite exciting with the appearance of live entertainment.
For the menu, Ellis County BBQ uses only choice meats, including their tender ribs, seasoned to perfection with their award winning sauces and served by their expert staff.
